TERMS OF SERVICE

The statements made about these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The efficacy of these products has not been confirmed by FDA-approved research. REFUND POLICY

Refunds & Cancellations - Due to the nature of our product, we do not provide refunds or cancellations for any reason, including delays in shipping, backorders, or/once received. Should there be an error on our part, we will refund or cancel the order. 

Missing, Incorrect or Broken Item - If you receive either (a) broken item/tea with broken seal (b) incorrect item or (c) missing item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at royalhealingarden@gmail.com too so that we may resolve the issue. Please follow the steps below:

  • Provide an image of the incorrect/broken item (if missing an item, provide an image of all the items you received)
  • Provide a clear image of the pink packing slip.
  • Attach both images to the email.
  • Place your order number in the subject line.
  • If missing an item, please let us know which item you are missing in the body.

Allow up to 24-48 hours for an email reply (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS)

Lost, Stolen, Missing Package & Insufficient Addresses - If a package ships correctly by Royal Healing Garden and it becomes lost or stolen, the shipper is not responsible. Whatever address you PROVIDE us, that is the address we use.

SHIPPING POLICY

We are currently using USPS, & FedEx for domestic and international orders.

When you send your order and you receive an order number, that indicates that we have received it. Either the same day or the next day, you will receive your tracking number. This means that we have gone ahead and processed your order. Unless it is during the holiday season, it may take a couple of days for you to receive a tracking number.

Please allow up to two to three days for your tracking number from USPS. Upon leaving our warehouse, the package is in the care of the mail service. It is not our responsibility for what happens during transit. Your location may also affect the shipping time.

USPS may not deliver your package if your address is incomplete, or an apartment number is missing. In this case, we are not responsible for the failure, so please double-check your address.
